It is with regret that we are forced to adopt this cancellation policy. With last minute cancellations and no-shows we struggle to fit-in clients on our waiting list which hurts the clients and the therapists who are left empty-handed. When you cancel with even five hours notice it is very likely that we will be able to fill that spot with someone needing in. Please help to keep us running at our most efficient level by giving adequate notice if you cannot keep your appointment. 

Policy is as follows:

• Please call by 5:00 pm the day prior to your appointment if you need to cancel. If your appointment is late in the afternoon, you can cancel that morning as long as we have five hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged $35 for a 15-30 minute appointment; $80 for an hour appointment; and $120 for 90 minute appointments.
• For your first visit, a $35 deposit fee will be collected to reserve your spot. When your appointment is fulfilled the fee will be subtracted from your total due. If you cancel without giving adequate notice or do not show, the $35 fee will be forfeited.
• Exceptions are handled on a case by case basis.
